Felipe is a nursing student based in Washington, D.C. A leader in education and abortion policy, Felipe brings five years of experience to the organization. He serves as Student Spokesperson for Students for Life of America, which the BBC has described as “a powerful force in the anti-abortion movement.”

Felipe served as the Nevada Public Policy Fellow for Students for Life Action for two years, where he led pro-life policy efforts in the state. He was appointed a commissioner to the Nevada Department of Education in 2020 by Education Superintendent Jhone Ebert. His policy recommendations led to the creation of SB 215, which he presented before the state legislature.

Felipe has been featured by The Las Vegas Review Journal, Fox News, ABC News, Daily Mail, The CW, NBC News, American Family News, and Telemundo. He is a board member for the National Association of Pro-Life Nurses.
